Last Game: Last night in Atlantic City, the Pens won 4-0 in the make up game from December. Brad Thiessen had the shutout back from injury in net for the Pens and Wheeling call-up Ben Street had two goals and an assist and was the games first star. For MTB: This past Sunday vs. Hershey, the Moose lost 5-1. Bill Sweatt had the lone goal in the loss for Manitoba.
Record: For WBS, 37-14-0-0 (74 pts., 1st place East Division) For MTB, 28-15-1-5 (62 pts., 1st place North Division)
Last Meeting: This past Friday at home, the Pens lost 3-2. Zach Sill and Nick Johnson had the goals in the loss.
Why you should care: Big rematch tonight. Manitoba coming off a whipping put on them by the Bears Sunday. Penguins trying to find a way out of the funk they have been in recently. Many AHL observers think this could be a Calder Cup preview. Like I said the last time these two teams met, if the Penguins can beat the Moose, they can beat any team in this league.
