Last Game: For WBS: Last night in Bridgeport, the Pens beat the Sound Tigers 2-0. Ben Street and Carl Sneep had goals and Brad Thiessen had the shutout in net. For ADK: Last Saturday in Hamilton, Ontario the Phantoms shutout the Bulldogs 4-0. Veteran Denis Hamel had a hat trick and Michael Leighton had the shutout.

Record: For WBS,  39-14-0-0 (78 pts., 1st place East Division) – For ADK, 16-30-2-3 (37 pts., 8th Place East Division)

Last Meeting: January 21 in Philadelphia at the Wells Fargo Center, the Phantoms won 4-2.

Why you should care: On paper, the Penguins are the best team in the league and the Phantoms the worst. In reality though it’s completely different. ECHL call-up Andrew Orpik is in town and going to play. His development is being fast tracked because of all the injuries / suspensions in Pittsburgh. Wilkes-Barre is just rolling with it and so far, looking good in the process.
