Last Meeting: December 8 in Wilkes-Barre, the Pirates won in a shootout 4-3. The Pens were up 3-0 then coughed up three goals that forced the shootout. Ex-Pen Chris Conner scored the game winner in the shootout.
Record: For WBS: 30-25-2-1 (63 pts., 4th place East Division) For POR: 33-20-2-2 (70 pts., 2nd place Atlantic Division)
Why you should care: Pens have to find the offense. Plain and simple. Other teams are knocking at the door for the seven-eight seed and the Pens need to get out of this position quick. Hopefully things turnaround in Maine.
