Media Kit
Last Game: Sunday in Game 2 in St. John’s, the Pens lost 2-1. Wilkes-Barre hit five posts in the game and IceCaps net minder Michael Hutchinson made 34 saves as the IceCaps evened the best-of-seven series at a game a pice with a 2-1 win. Anton Zlobin had the only goal for the Penguins in the loss.
What to Watch For: Last game it was IceCap Improvement, this time I’ll say Penguin Improvement. No one in that Wilkes-Barre locker room is going to blame the five posts that they hit in the loss as an excuse in why the series is split shifting back to Northeastern Pennsylvania. The Penguins know they need to be better, so look for them to be as they try to take a 2-1 series lead tonight on home ice.
