Last Game / Last Meeting: Last night in Springfield, the Penguins won 5-0. Matt Murray collected his first shutout of the season with a dazzling 38 save performance and Derrick Pouliot had a three point night (1-2-3) as the Penguins struck twice on the power play in the second period.
Record: For WBS: 4-1-0-0 (8 pts., 2nd place Atlantic Division) — For SPR: 0-4-0-0 (0 pts., 8th place Atlantic Division)
Why you should care: These two teams close out the home and home series tonight. If you watched the first period of the game Friday, Springfield had a lot of chances and it was only the Penguins success on the power play that helped them get by the Falcons in the second period. If the Penguins can continue to have success on the power play, they will continue to have success, period.
