Last Game: On Friday, the Penguins lost 6-5 to the Albany Devils. Chris Conner had a goal and an assist and was named third star of the game. Springfield also played Friday and were shutout 3-0 by the Adirondack Phantoms.

Record: For WBS: 8-2-0-2 (18 pts., 2nd place East Division) — For SPR: 7-3-0-1 (15 pts., 3rd place Northeast Division)

Why you should care: Both teams are coming off of uncharacteristic bad losses from Friday. Should make for a compelling Sunday afternoon game.

Why you should care: Penguins need to keep winning in order to stay ahead of the East Division. The Albany Devils stand in the way.

Last Meeting: October 13 in Syracuse, the Penguins won 6-3. A five goal third period ensured the win for the Penguins.

Why you should care: The Bears are out for revenge tonight. The Penguins on the other hand are looking for the sweep of the Bears on the back end of this home and home.

Last Game: Saturday at home vs. Norfolk, the Penguins lost 2-1. Brian Gibbons had the lone goal for the Pens in the loss. For Hershey, they played those same Admirals and won 4-2 on Sunday. Ten different Bears registered points for Hershey in the win.

Last Meeting: October 12 in Wilkes-Barre for the home opener for the Penguins, the Pens won 3-1. A two goal third period propelled the Penguins to the win with goals scored by Chris Conner and Zach Sill.

Record: For WBS: 6-1-0-1 (13 pts., 1st place East Division) For HER: 2-3-1-0 (5 pts., 5th place East Division)

Why you should care: The Penguins look to get back on track in the win column against a Hershey team looking to catch up to the rest of the division.

Last Game: Last night in Binghamton the Pens lost the first game of the season, a 4-3 shootout loss. Tom Kuhnhackl had a goal and was named third star of the game. Norfolk was in Adirondack and shutout the Phantoms 3-0. John Gibson stopped all 38 shots faced and was named first star of the game.

Record: For WBS: 6-0-0-1 (13 pts., 1st place East Division) For NOR: 4-1-0-2 (10 pts., 3rd place East Division)

Why you should care: John Gibson is probably going to start in net. He may be the best goaltender in the East Division. The Pens will need to play a much better game then the one played last night in Binghamton if they want to get by Gibson and the Admirals.
