Wilkes-Barre announced this morning that they have signed goaltender Alexander Pechurskiy to a professional tryout contract today and have assigned Patrick Killeen back to The Wheelhouse (We here at Chirps from Center Ice had that yesterday)
In addition, the Pens announced that John Curry has been selected to replace Brad Thiessen as an All-Star goaltender. The AHL announced today that six other players replaced guys either hurt or on recall. Note that Dustin Jeffrey is not on that list. Hoping that he gets sent down tomorrow in time for tomorrow’s rematch vs. the Checkers.
