GAMEDAY: vs. Hartford 3/8

vs.

Who: Hartford Wolf Pack

Where: Mohegan Sun Arena at Casey Plaza

When: 7:05 p.m.

Last Game: Wednesday at home, the Penguins lost 3-1 to Lehigh Valley. Adam Johnson had the only goal for Wilkes-Barre in the loss. For Hartford, their last game was against the Penguins last Saturday, where they won in overtime 4-3 with Ryan Gropp scoring just :22 into the extra frame to give Hartford the win.

Record: For WBS: 27-23-6-2 (62 pts., 6th place Atlantic Division) // For HFD: 24-27-6-3 (57 pts., 8th place Atlantic Division)

Referees: Conor O’Donnell / Liam Sewell

Linesmen: James Tobias / Tyler Loftus

Why You Should Care: We aren’t in must win territory yet, but we are on the outskirts. Big two points for the Penguins to have tonight against a team that matches up well with them. Wilkes-Barre needs to keep pace with Lehigh Valley and the rest of the division.
