Last Game: Last night against Hartford, the Pens won 8-1. Eight different Penguins scored. Barry Goers had a three point game and Derrick Pouliot had a four points. For Providence, the Bruins were last in action against Bridgeport Tuesday and lost 5-3. Zane McIntyre took the rare loss, he’s 15-2-1-1. Jordan Swarz had two goals.

Last Meeting: February 19 in Providence, the Pens lost 3-2. Each team traded goals but a late goal by Jordan Swarz was enough to give the Bruins the win. Dominik Simon picked up third star honors for the Penguins with a goal.

Record: For WBS: 40-17-3-0 (83 pts., 1st place Atlantic Division) — For PRO: 34-16-5-4 (77 pts., 3rd place Atlantic Division)

Why you should care: Whatever you do, do not expect the Penguins to beat the Bruins by seven goals like they did against Hartford last night. This is a real test for the Penguins against the Bruins who I think is the only team that can win the Atlantic Division not named Wilkes-Barre/ Scranton.

Last Game: Wednesday at home against the Lehigh Valley Phantoms, the Penguins were shutout 3-0. For Hartford, they last played Sunday against the Penguins.

Last Meeting: In Hartford on March 5, the Penguins won 6-3. Dave Warsofsky and J-S Dea scored twice for the Penguins and Niclas Jensen scored twice for the Wolf Pack.

Record: For WBS: 39-17-3-0 (81 pts., 1st place Atlantic Division) — For HFD: 21-32-3-2 (47 pts., 8th place Atlantic Division)

Why you should care: Penguins need to get back to their winning ways against the last place Hartford Wolf Pack. They have to stay disciplined and not take seven penalties like they did last game. If not, their lead on the division may be in jeopardy.

Last Game: Sunday in Hartford, the Pens won 6-3. J-S Dea and David Warsofsky both had two goals and an assist. For Lehigh Valley, the Phantoms were in Providence and lost 7-3. The Phantoms got passed for second in the division by the Bruins as a result of that loss at the time.

Last Meeting: February 25 in Allentown, the Penguins won 3-2 in overtime on a Barry Goers goal, his first since 2015. It also broke a four game losing streak for Wilkes-Barre.

Record: For WBS: 39-16-3-0 (81 pts., 1st place Atlantic Division) — For LV: 36-18-3-0 (75 pts., 2nd place Atlantic Division)

Why you should care: Get ready for a lot of the Phantoms, who the Penguins play three more times this month and three more times in April. Will the division championship come down to these two teams?

Last Game: Last Saturday in Allentown, the Penguins won 4-3 in overtime. Barry Goers’ first goal since April 2015 was the overtime game winner and snapped the Penguins four game losing streak. For Hershey, the Bears were in Syracuse last night and won 5-1. Christian Thomas had two goals in the winning effort.

Last Meeting: February 10 in Wilkes-Barre, the Penguins won 4-3. Kevin Porter scored the goal in overtime and also assisted on three other goals.

Record: For WBS: 38-15-3-0 (79 pts., 1st place Atlantic Division) — For HER: 29-17-8-3 (69 pts., 5th place Atlantic Division)

Why you should care: New and improved Bears team who are out of a playoff spot which did some tinkering and re-aquired Pheonix Copley and shipped Joe Cannata to San Antonio. The Bears are a desperate team now and the Penguins cannot overlook them.

Last Game: Last night in Utica, the Pens lost 2-1. Tom Kostopoulos had the only goal for Wilkes-Barre in the loss, which was the Penguins fourth in a row. For Lehigh Valley, the Phantoms were in Springfield last night and lost 5-3. Radel Fazleev had a goal and an assist good for third star honors.

Last Meeting: February 14 in Wilkes-Barre, the Pens beat the Phantoms 5-1. Oskar Sundqvist scored twice for the Penguins and Tristan Jarry stopped 27 of 28 shots to pick up the win.

Record: For WBS: 37-15-3-0 (77 pts., 1st place Atlantic Division) — For LV: 34-17-2-0 (70 pts., 2nd place Atlantic Division)

Why you should care: The Penguins need a win of any kind to get off of this skid that they are on. Look for the Penguins if they are to win tonight in Allentown, to do so in a dirty way. Shootout win or something crazy with a late goal is what I would classify as a dirty win.
